1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Crumb provides SEO strategy, content creation, and digital marketing services. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements between Crumb and the client.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all content created specifically for them. Crumb retains the right to use anonymized results and methodologies in case studies and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Crumb provides SEO and content services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due and payable.
