By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Crumb provides SEO strategy, content creation, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of content created specifically for them. Crumb retains the right to use anonymized results and methodologies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Crumb provides SEO and content services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for completed work remain due.
